Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actor and a member of the SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the recently formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. The actress also worked for the SSC as producer as well as a costume/set design composer/music director, and text-coach in addition to serving as Artistic Director. In her final year, she was a director of lighting and design for SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the ensemble, however in previous year, she directed her debut.
